A nice visit
attentive service immaculate room delicious meals
I experienced attentive service. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. Housekeeping ensured my supplies were replenished daily. I found the meals delicious. The variety suited diverse palates. I was impressed with the efficient and friendly staff. They were very polite. The hotel is beautiful!
The gym equipment showed a little wear and tear.

underwhelming stay, inconsistent service
poor attentiveness discriminatory behavior
The food quality was not up to standard. i found breakfast to be particularly lacking. the attentiveness at the restaurant was also poor. We had to ask multiple times for assistance, i thought it was quite unacceptable.

Really good Hospitality and Service
respectful staff really good service attentive staff
The staff was courteous. I required laundry service, and housekeeping promptly collected my items. They returned the next evening, exquisitely wrapped in a wicker basket. The service was really good. The dining room staff was also attentive. They ensured all my needs were met.
The food portion sizes and quality did not quite match the relatively high price for each dish. This was a slight disappointment.

The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wide selection of dishes available at mealtimes, catering to various tastes. The chefs were accommodating and made customisations to suit my preferences. The service during meals was consistently prompt and attentive.
